our process
BRIEF.
The architects work closely with creative director to produce detailed drawings, specific packages and tender documents . All interior and exterior architectural elements are handled in house from space planning; lighting design; joinery, kitchen and bathroom design, to landscape architecture.
We will build a picture of the project through a site visit or floor plans and photographs as well to ensure we understand all details such as time scale, budget, any structural or administrative requirements and delivery.
Following this we will send a proposal to the client outlining the brief as we understand it, with an estimated budget for the project and our design fee.
CONCEPT.
The key to any project is ensuring that the interiors are the reflection of our client’s requirements and aspirations. During the brief stage we take the time to understand how the client wishes to use the property, their personal style, lifestyle and aspirations.
Our team of specialists work closely on the furnishing and styling phase of a project, from bespoke furniture design, soft furnishings, bespoke lighting design, artwork selection to fabric schemes and finish specifications.
THE Project .
The team Manager closely monitor the progress of all design elements on site to ensure that the design is being implemented correctly, with regular site visits and coordination with all subcontractors and third parties.
We are able to work on different projects, from purely staging homes for real estate developers to refurbishments of old buildings both residential and commercial property which require full interior design and exterior architecture design. Our process and service come from years of experience to ensure we provide an efficient and in-depth design service
Realisation & Delivery
The manager handles all aspects of the delivery from design phase to detailed budgets, all procurement processing, coordination of shipments and final installation on site for a completely seamless delivery and execution.
Sustainability
Yelugo has always been concerned by sustainability and the environmental impact of our activities, as well as our social responsibility to the wider community and we design furniture so as to reduce its overall environmental impact throughout its life cycle.
We continually assess the environmental impact of our operations and through minimising the use of materials and resources; we will reduce our waste to the lowest practical level. We use renewable energy where necessary in all factory production. We recycle fabric, foam, timber and sawdust waste.
