our process
The Brief
The design team work closely with creative director to produce detailed drawings & 3D design of the proposed project with tender documents . All interior and exterior architectural elements are handled in house from space planning; lighting design; joinery, kitchen and bathroom design, to landscape architecture.
It starts with a site visit or floor plan, this enables the team ensure we understand all design details, then a scheduled studio visit for decisions on design details such as fabrics and material viewings, time scale, budget, any structural or administrative requirements and delivery.
Following this we send a detailed proposal to the client outlining the brief as agreed, with an estimated budget for the project and our design fee.
Concept.
The key to any design project is ensuring all design details are to specification of our client’s requirements and aspirations. During the concept stage we take the time to put all details of the projects in order, scope of work and ground work.
Our team of specialists work closely with the project team on the design details, furnishing and styling phase of theproject, from bespoke furniture design, soft furnishings, bespoke lighting design, artwork selection to fabric schemes and finish specifications.
The Project .
The team Manager closely monitor the progress of all design elements on site to ensure that the design is being implemented correctly, with regular site visits and coordination with all subcontractors and third parties.
We work on different projects, from purely staging homes for real estate developers to refurbishments of old buildings both residential and commercial which require full interior and exterior architectural re-design. Our process and service come from years of experience to ensure we provide an efficient and in-depth design service
Realisation & Delivery
The Delivery manager finalises all aspects of the project delivery from design phase to detailed budgets, all procurement processing, coordination of shipments and final installation on site and photography for a completely seamless delivery and execution.
Sustainability
Wbe continually assess the environmental impact of our operations and minimise the use of materials were we can practicaly. We use renewable energy where necessary in all factory production & recycle fabric, foam, timber and sawdust waste.
